Mission and Vision
-
Trashful aims at overcoming the waste problem and its consequences. It is designed to reinforce recycling in the world by enabling people to depose their waste properly. Users can exchange their waste products with new products of their daily needs by using points (the base currency for trading within the website).
How It Works?
-
The user is requested to sign up after opening the website, and the user enters the needed information, which includes the user's triple name, email, mobile phone number, and address.
-
After the data has been correctly entered, a website representative approaches the user and hands him standard-size bags as well as a sheet of paper containing QR codes.
-
After completing the previous two procedures, the user will be enrolled in our application, and he will begin collecting plastic waste in standard-sized bags.
-
After filling these bags, he will put the QR code on the bags and scan the code on his website account.
-
It then disposes of these bags at collection stations chosen by the website creators, with the ability to scan the code attached to the collecting station while disposing of the bags.
-
The website developers confirmed in the previous two phases that there are bags that have been dumped by a specific user at a specific station.
-
As a result, points are recorded as a reward to the user to encourage him to use the software, and the university administration will be contacted to plan for the points to be exchanged at the cafeteria or restaurants.
-
One of the website's representatives takes the bags once they have been entered at the collection points for the start of the recycling process.
